Soft on the palate with a full and well developed toasty flavour. Named after our Matriarch, this 6yr on the lees is maturing beautifully.
Matured for 2 years on the lees, our youngest vintage, which is named after our Patriarch, is fresh and ready to drink at any occasion.
Aged for 3 - 4 years, it is filled with double the amount of bubbles for your enjoyment. 1.5 litres of bubbles.
