Crisp on the palate with a full and well developed toasty flavour. Named after our Matriarch, this 4yr on the lees is maturing beautifully and full of bubbles!

Aged for 3 - 4 years, it is filled with double the amount of bubbles for your enjoyment. 1.5 litres of bubbles.

Aged for 6 years on the lees. Perfectly matured and still good for anytime drinking, considering that anytime is a good time to drink MCC.
